Pullman Arcadia
Hotel Dining | Elements Restaurant Good food, nice interiors and fantastic view specially if you seat in the balcony. Price is on the upside but since I’m an Advantage Plus member, I get 50% discount. With this quality of food, I'm definitely getting the value I paid for. Naithon Beach Although the sun is painfully hot, the beauty of the ocean is just too tempting to resist. So despite our worry that we’ll get the unwanted tan (being Asian and all), we brave our way through the beach equipped with Sun block. It was even more beautiful up close, fine sand, clear and very refreshing water. Perfect for the very sunny weather. Only thing that didn’t really live to my expectations was the lack of beach chairs to relax. But upon looking at the stretch of the beach, I notice that the nearby resorts didn’t have them as well so I’m suspecting it was a rule of some sort, which is actually good because it remains a public property for every one to enjoy. Plus, the rawness of the beach is well preserved.
The Kids Club offer plenty of toys and recreational activities for kids and pre-teens alike. But what I like most is their staff, specifically 'Yang'. You can see she is definitely hired for this job, speaks very good English and really likes playing and teaching kids. The the only disappointing part of our stay was our dinner at Elements Restaurant. It took almost an hour before our food was served. The Tom Yum was not the right spicy level and the Papaya Salad didn’t taste fresh. The only consolation was the fish, delicious with the right crispiness. We also felt that the staff was sincerely apologetic and did try to assist us until we're satisfied.
